I have always loved cooking, and after many years of running public houses I was asked to help my friend on a very busy day within her catering business. I felt I was in need of a change, so decided to say yes, that was in 2005 and I have never looked back
Over the years I have catered numerous events with celebrities attending; John Paul from Hollyoaks, Molly from Coronation Street, Jimmy Carr, Rab C Nesbitt and David Dickerson as well as Sir John Major, to name a few.
I have also had the privilege of catering for HRH Prince Charles and Camilla and HRH Prince Edward.
